“We were looking for a system to automate tasking
and reduce associated overhead and labor cost. Our team
selected ISOxPERT™ after an extensive assessment of
all available options against our needs, budget, interfacing
existing software and ease of use. We also looked at support,
updates, improvements, and current user opinions.
The set-up by SCI’s staff was so efficient that we
were immediately able to receive, record and give information
to customers. Response time, using the e-mail module of
ISOxPERT™, has been a great asset. The automation
of document flow has reduced labor requirement by 50%. In
addition, the paper usage and lost information was so dramatically
cut that one wonders how we survived without it.
Reviewing historical data in both CAR and NPR systems has
made improvement flow at a much more rapid pace. Every one
is in tune in real-time and changes are instantly delivered
to the shop, office, and management. The ability to date
stamp items helps pinpoint them in an instant. We are able
to communicate timely information to all three shifts with
accuracy. Discrepancies in documentation are eliminated,
as all documents are electronically available to all and
for all, with no papers to track, change, or locate. The
improvements over time have been very welcome.

for our Quality System streamlining and process automating.
