“ISOxPERT™ provides a very efficient way to track documents. If we tried to achieve certification without it, the process would have taken much longer. To keep track of all the documentation manually would have been costly and inefficient. ISOxPERT is very easy to use and was readily accepted by our organization. The auditors like it. We utilize a common system across all sites and once the auditors understood the system, their audit of document and data control was minimized because document security and tracking is so robust.

Currently we link ISOxPERT to our mail system for notification of documents available for electronic approval. Also, if a document is rejected during the approval process, there is automatic notification. The system also identifies pending changes on current documents. For the applications in use at Harley-Davidson, the ISOxPERT saved money, improved productivity or managed to do both.”
