Training |
SCI offers a 3-day training
program, which is usually performed in the client’s
premises. Training is typically tailored to the customer’s
specific needs and may be broken into non-contiguous segments
or even held at separate customer locations.
Training cost is exclusive of the instructor’s travel
and living expenses, which are billed separately.
Training is a prerequisite to maintenance and support services. |

| Consulting and Other Services |
Consulting and Customizations
to the software are additional services available from Software
Compliance, Inc. on a contract basis.
Conversion services, which involve helping a client migrate
from one version of the software to another, are also available
on a contract basis.

| Support |
Maintenance and support for
our software is provided by telephone during normal business
hours, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern Time. We are nevertheless
flexible and always ready to help. After hours calls will be
answered if one of our support staff is present at the office.
You can also submit your queries by e-mail and we will respond
as promptly as possible.
Clients are entitled to our support services only if they have
a valid maintenance contract and have already received basic
training on the product. Maintenance contracts are in effect
for duration of one year and include product bug fixes, new
releases, support and initial installation help.
