FLExFLOW is a user-defined customizable workflow feature that automates your business processes. Workflow simply moves specific tasks to the right people at the appropriate time with built-in approval and escalation alarms and deadlines as needed. Choose from nine pre-defined workflows or create your own.

The FLExFLOW database module enables users to set up workflow steps for documentation. At each step a task is performed and the document continues along its predefined course or flow. This flow through your computer network consists of electronic notifications sent through e-mail with an associated link (Doclink) back to the document. At each step, a log of the flow is updated and is maintained within the history of the document, creating an automatic audit trail for every document.
